Our goal is to provide you with a truly wonderful stay at Luciana's Retreat. We understand that circumstances can occur on occasion that are beyond your control. So, we are providing our rental conditions and cancellation policy for your reference:

Unless otherwise arranged, CHECK IN is 3:00 pm (15:00 hrs) or later and CHECK OUT is 11:00 am (11:00 hrs) or earlier. Rental dates are defined as "per night", regardless of arrival time.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy

Deposit: A deposit of 50% of the entire stay is processed by credit card at the time of reservation to guarantee booking. The balance is due upon arrival or on your originally scheduled date of arrival (whichever is earlier) and is charged to your credit card at that time. Reservations are guaranteed only upon receipt of deposit.

Cancellation:
 A full refund if cancellation is received 14 or more days before your scheduled date of arrival. If you cancel with less than 14 days notice,  a 50% charge of the booked rate will be payable. If you cancel less than 48 hours before the reservation date, there will be no refund and you will charged for the full amount of your scheduled stay. However, we will attempt to re-rent the time period and, if successful, will issue a refund of that proportion of the rental fee that we were able to fill.
